Alloy wheel refurbishment

It is well known by car valeters that shiny alloy wheels and clean black tyres can make a car look fantastic. At Motocolor we can refurbish most types of alloy wheel including polished rims, returning them to their best and improving the look and value of your vehicle.

Alloy wheel Straightening

Wheels can easily become buckled by hitting a pot hole in the road. A buckled wheel normally presents itself as vibration through the steering wheel and is normally picked up by tyre companies when they are unable to balance a wheel. We have the latest equipment and training to repair these flat spots. Considering a new alloy wheel can often be hundreds of pounds, it makes sense to repair the wheel for a fraction of the cost! Wheel Alignment

Wheels can easily be knocked out of alignment if you hit the kerb or go over a pot hole in the road. Incorrect alignment can result in rapid irregular tyre wear and can even affect the handling and safety of the vehicle. We have a four wheel laser alignment system that can measure all the important angles of the wheels, including Toe, Camber and Castor. Air Conditioning servicing & recharging

Like any other part of your car, in order to run efficiently the Air-conditioning system needs regular attention. In fact, it needs periodically recharging with gas and lubricant in order to maintain the supply of cool air. It also requires treating with anti bacterial agents to avoid unpleasant smells and harmful bacteria forming. What's more, an Air-conditioning system that does not have the correct level of gas has to work harder, in turn putting strain on the engine and subsequently using more fuel. Colour coding

To give your vehicle a unique look, we can refinish body components to the colour of your vehicle, including door mouldings, mirrors, alloy wheels and body kits. We can even respray your entire vehicle to your requested colour.
