How many estimates do I need?

Although insurance companies often ask for two estimates to process a claim, only one is actually required.

Can I get an estimate while I wait?

Yes, one of our dedicated team of accident management specialists can produce a free repair estimate, while you wait, or we can post, fax or email it you.

Do I have to use the approved repairer my insurance company is recommending?

Whilst many insurance companies attempt to direct claims towards their own 'recommended repairers', irrespective of their expertise in specific makes of car, it is your right to have your vehicle repaired by the bodyshop of your choice.

Will I get a courtesy car?

Yes, we can provide you with a free replacement vehicle should you need one, subject to availability and circumstances.  In some cases we can even arrange “like for like”

Do you only repair Jaguar, Land Rover, Mazda and Suzuki cars?

No, we have the technical skills, specialist equipment and facilities to repair all makes and models of vehicle.

Is your work guaranteed?

Yes.  The repairs are carried out to manufacturer guidelines and processes, using the correct materials and equipment.  Our workmanship is guaranteed for three years or the remainder of your manufacturers warranty, which ever is longest.

 

Can you give a quote over the phone?

Although sometimes it may be possible to give a rough quote over the phone, we prefer to see the vehicle beforehand to asses exactly what repair procedure is required, for example the quality of the panel to be repaired, wether it can be repaired or needs replacing etc.  That way we can give you the most accurate price first time.
